Hi, I recently opened up a web host company called HostingExpress. I am in need for support staff as I can't be on all of the time to server the clients.

All jobs will be 100% vouluntary and will NOT pay out.

How long do you send on the computer?

The only people you will get for this is people wanting free hosting and do not no a thing about support or noobs. Also, for someone to support the site fully they would need access to root so you would have to be carefull

don't you get what support is about? If someone is having trouble with their account the support assistant is going to have to access their account!

Exactly... If your only going to give support that amount of access you might as well invest in Email and an Awnsering Machine (or in Emails case a automated reply saying 'ok')
