making if forum name:welcome

i`m making a forum called welcome and was think would anyone sign up and use it or sign up the be a mod or admin and if someone can do a radio for it as well called welcome-FM and the person who makes the radio will have to make the radio web page and the name welcome-FM-Live will be © by you the person who makes the radio. everyone who wants to take part will recive + rep on here and everyone who posts will recive + rep on here
