Need Help..

I want to do a news ticker just like the one on habbo UK

where it flicks through imges of offers/events with titles under the image.
They have it on the homepage www.habbo.co.uk and scroll if you know what I mean..

Clubhabbo.net have it as there banner also..

can anyone find a tutorial or help me pls.
