I think we need something new and fresh to make the forums a more interesting place. Facepunch has lots of vbulletin mods (most customised) such as ratings and stuff. It would be nice and make the forums more original if there was more than just + and - Rep.

Modifications pose too much of a security risk so Habbox don't install them, there are a couple I think but no more than that.

It's due to security risks as Garion stated. That's why the management tries to limit the amount of modifications they make to the system. With such a big forum, security has to be tight to ensure that confidential information is secure and that the forum doesn't go down because someone have gained access to the system. Habbox does it's best to add updates to the forum to make it interesting but the factor of security has to be kept in mind I believe.
