Not particuarly, its quite boring, it looks like your others. You can do better and I dont reccomend using that font in the banner as its nasty and dont turn design on its side its too long for it.

I lost all my font's when i changed my comp.

I love it how you just put random pictures in your layouts, like the lines in the bottom right, fantastic!

All of your layouts are the same style.
Don't like it at all, except at the top the tabs.
Blue doesn't go with grey either!!!
