click the scales next to #1 or something

you click the little scales in the corner of the post
and press aprove or disaprove
you have no rep power yet though

look for the
sign on the post of the person you wish to +/- rep.
althought you have 0 rep power so it will not affect the person you are repping.Plug it, play it, burn it, rip it,
Drag it, drop it, zip, unzip it,
Lock it, fill it, call it, find it,
View it, code it, jam, unlock it,
Surf it, scroll it, pause it, click it,
Cross it, crack it, switch, update it,
Name it, read it, tune it, print it,
Scan it, send it, fax, rename it,
Touch it, bring it, pay it, watch it,
Turn it, leave it, start, format it.

you have to have 25 posts when you have 1 rep power.. then you can start +repping and -repping
oh his got 31, that means someones already -repped you, so it won't count if you do it to them

next to my name, click the ''I Aprove'' button, add a nice comment and add rep.
