I had a sleeping problem a couple of months back. I took alot of sleeping pills but that wasnt working in the end. Try watching t.v or reading before bed. It tires your eyes and helps you sleep. Once i came on the sleeping tablets i was okay and alot better without them.

Try and get a little more activity during the day, poop and shoop before you sleep and try and do a few puzzles before bedtime, it'll help your mind relax and review itself.

Make sure you're not eating/drinking stimulants before you go to bed e.g. caffeine, chocolate anything with lots of sugar in basically. Try and maybe just like have an hour before you go to sleep where you just chill, maybe go in the bath, read. That might help you sleep better :]

Try doing more in the day to tire yourself out

As someone said reading normally helps too! Even if it's just a magazine

Don't force yourself to sleep. Get into bed. Get in a really comftable position and just relax. You'll dose off eventually.
