18+ - All piercings and procedures

Under 16 - need parents' permission, and if they're a decent piercer and not just wanting your money they probably won't do some (like eyebrow) under 16 because of how your face shape changes and how likely it is to "grow out"

16-18 - don't need parental permission but still can't get genitals done, some places might let you with parental permission.

18+ - can get anything done anywhere.

I got mine done, i've just turned 15.

my parents had to come, show all kinds of I.D. (passports, birth, marriage certificates - because I have a different surname) and give permission.
if you're under 16, you'll need that.
some places just require your parents to be present, others want I.D. etc... so it's best to check out the shops policies on that before you go down.
