I ate a freaking hot peper 10 minutes ago and its burnt my tong and lip and if i don't stop circling coldwater round my mouth it will burn my tong and make it water and its been burning for 10 minutes any help!

Yes but my mouth mostly, i just wiped my eye and i the fluids are burning my eye god damn it! i goit flanel on my eye and its got cold water in it too!
Edit: not a chilli looks like a nomal pepper its from my plant
