What program do you use to make jungles?

I've noticed a lot of confusion on Habbox on what a Jingle is. A jingle is a theme song or a slogan sung to a catchy tune.

Use Audacity. It's a free mixing program. Google it.

Adobe Audition.
GOOD Jingle makers use a mixture of say Adobe Audition (Cool Edit Pro) and Pro Tools. But I think Pro Tools is a little out of your budget

Make them with a synthesizer, etc or buy a collection from a seller. They can be VERY expensive though.How would I add FX sounds etc.
