Coat/jacket

Right. This cold's annoying me and it's only September. I'm looking for a new coat or some sort of decent jacket now. I had a parka last winter but my best friend's got one for this year. I'd rather freeze to death than get one this winter.

I'm damn skinny so some big over-bearing coats look stupid on me. Something that I can zip up and have it pretty tight'd be nice. Along with space to wear a scarf without it looking mismatched! ;D

So, any specific brands or online websites available for me to make my choice from? I've no price limits really, willing to go up to about 70 pounds I reckon.
