You need to upload them via FTP to www.yoursite.com.forum/html/team_icons or somthing like that

I think u just add the url of whereever you put it in to the box.
Athogh on inviosn free you ned to upload to some specal directory "/

go to your forum file and then html and then group_icons and put your image in there. Then where you put the image location just put the image name like icon.gif
