But that's not the problem.
You see her boyfriend has told her she's not aloud to speak to me.

Okay, if she has a boyfriend, maybe you should leave her alone. You're probably not gonna get her when she has a boyfriend. & if her boyfriend catches you talking to her, he'll probably jump you. So I suggest you just leave her alone. Wait till they're through, if they ever do become through.
