i was playing fifa 08 online on the ps3. it was a close game and went to penalties. it was 2-1 to me and he quit, and it put me down as losing. why don't EA clamp down on things like this and sort out htese time wasters. Opinions please.

I know, for one, that EA implemented a 23 minute rule where, if the user quits after 23 minutes of the match gone then they loose, whereas, before, it's a draw.
