I've Seen Alot Of Intresting Deals Whilst I've Been Trading Quite Alot The Last Few Days.
I'm Only Doing A Few Items But, Some Might Suprise Some People.
Green = Above Habbox Value
Red = Below Habbox Values
Orange = Same As Habbox Values

When The Throne's Dropped To 35Hc Last Week People Rushed To Sell, Now That They Are Rising Again, The Demand Is Increasing. I Have Seen Thrones Sell At 44Hc Loads Of Times Since They Rised To 42Hc. I Have Also Seen Them Sell At 45Hc-46Hc A Few Times.
I Think Thrones Should Rise To - 44Hc

Green Birdbath
Due To This Item Of Furni Looking Good In Casino's, People Are Always After Them, Even If Its Just A Few Or A Big Bulk. I Know Alot Of People Who Like To Bet And Build Casino's And Recently I Have Been Getting Messages Through My Console Saying 'Buying Green Bird Baths, 3Hc Each'.
I Went Around A Few Furni Shops Trying To Pretend To Buy A Few And Knowone Would Sell At 2.0 Each, Most Wanted 2.5 - 3.0.
I Think Green Birdbaths Should Rise To - 3.0Hc

Petal Patch
I Don't Know Why But People Seem To Always Be Wanting This Piece Of Furniture. When I Was Trying To Buy A Petal Patches So I Could Have A Petal Patch Floor, Habbo's Kept Offering Me The Deal Of "I'll Give You 2 Petals For 7Hc".
I Think Petal Patches Should Rise To 3.4 Each. To Try And Quieten Down The High Demand Of This Furniture. However People May Start Selling At 4Hc Each If The Demand Is So High.
