Some questions about range.

So, I was reading some threads about bone bolts and bone crossbows.
I was wondering, do bone bolts give the same exp. in castle wars?
Becuase if they did, it would be a fun way to train my range.
I'm going for 90 range, from 72.

Also, if It doesn't give the same exp.
Where would the best place be to train for me?

I'd say greaters, you could use it in castle wars I suppose, but the xp would be pretty poor.
