Help with PIN please.. >.<

ok.. not sure if this is in the right place but..
I just got a Members PIN, but everytime I try to type it in, the page goes blank ;/
I've tried restarting, and tthe same thing still happens.
Can anyone help please? >.<

Hmm, try the following..

1. Download the latest Java.
2. Check that you spelt it right.
3. Use a different browser, if your using ff use ie and vice versa.
4. If the problem persits, contact Runescape?

Well..

If none of them work get 1 off your best mates you trust to go on site on his computer and log on menebrsnand put pin in for you...
thats the only other way mate.. good luck.

I asked a friend to try put it in for me, and he got the same thing, so I'm guessing its maintenance or something.

The site does say something about maintenance so maybe

clean temp files

open up java console clean java temp files..

open up a new browser n try again
if not then contact runescape..

same thing happened to me..
If it's from Canada there might be an issue..
I tried a Canada pin did the same thing every time.

I've got it now.
Lots of people had the same problem, but its been fixed now.
