Resize Able Iframe on layout

how do you make an iframe resize but the content to resize aswell

example www.habbodays.com click one of the links and the box resizes

can soemone help me?

im using fireworks and dreamweaver btw thanks

Change your iFrame Name to "content".

ye but i got a prob its the layout i want to resize aswell not just the frame i want the layout to expand
