Site Manager Needed

I am currently on the lookout for a "Site Manager" for my Habbo Fansite. Basically I am having abit of a struggle as I am very unexperienced when it comes to making fansites (this is my first fansite). The fansite just seems to be going nowhere at the moment and therefore I am looking for someone to give the site a boost.

The requirements which you must need are:

*Must be able to write HTML/PHP
*Must have experience in this department
*Must be trustworthy (obviously I will decide if I trust you or not)
*Must be fairly knowledgable regarding making fansites

You will also have to hire a team of "Techies (Site Technicians)" which you will manage.

Basically I think that comments like that are useless. There was no need for you to make that comment - I am looking for people who want the job. If you don't want the job, then this post is not for you so keep out of it.

Its almost as if your site manager will be doing all the work.

no actually.
it means u will be coding, creating and hiring.
its not exactly a whole site, they give u the stuff and u put it together. then u essencially become a techie urself. u only repair.

I can use HTML/PHP but only basics. I am looking for someone who can write more advanced HTML/PHP.

There is absolutley no point in trying to criticise me as everyone has to start somewhere and I am learning more each day.

I will be able to show you when the other owner tells me the new c-panel password as we have just switched hosts.

I have a back-up file on my computer at the moment which I will be uploading to the site once I find out the new c-panel password.

The things which I have done so far are:

*come up with the site name
*created the layout
*created banners
*hired management staff
*thought of the idea to have habbofifa football leagues
*bought a shoutcast radio
*created some guides
*created a forum
*installed various dj panels
*downloaded regular back-ups

i have been site manager before and i know that it will be great fun to work at this one aswell what i am trying to syaa is i have done all thos things before and i would like the job
