    Default I'm so lazy.. :(

    Well, for a while now i just really can't be bothered doing stuff.
    Is there anyway to like, boost my laziness

    Most days ill have about 6 hours sleep, sometimes less - i tend to push off going to bed as it's a waste of time, cause sometimes i cba to get into bed :x
    I'll leave homework until the very last day, very last like 11 o'clock at night, and sometimes just want to do it in the morning, and end up doing it in the morning - but being too lazy to get out of bed to do it so i miss handing it in.
    I go out with my friends all the time, but don't get any excercise, as when i'm not with them im at home on the computer - talking to them.
    Sometimes i cba moving if it's for something basic like going the toilet, it's like.. eurgh ill put it off.

    So id love just a way of not being so "ahh cba". Any ideas xo?

    Are you like bored at all? Like in completely the same routine day after day? If you are then I guess after a while it will just get a bit like argh. Maybe try doing something new, I'm sure there are a number of things you could try that are different.

    Also your diet can have a lot to do with it, like if you have a lot of sugary foods etc, they give you short energy bursts then can leave you feeling completly zapped and just like well like you say "ahh cba"

    Maybe you need something to motivate you. Like just having taregts and goeals in your mind can be enough if you write down what you want to do in reagars to things such as homework that is. I'm really bad with that so I give myself a set time to do it then I'm like "if I get that all done today I can go shopping tommorow, woo". That motivates me .

    get out, do some exercise, i got to a point like that, but I did a few jogs and some gym classes lol. it made me stand up right as I used to slouch and stuff.
    so ye... i'd try gym etc or jogging.

    if that doesn't work, eat healthily (not that you dont)

    I know it may sound strange but eat some more fruit and veg, it might be because your eating to much fatty and sugary foods which make you feel like 'urgh!'.
