Did you read the page?
It said staff have to come to your room. You cant just link your room and expect you get a badge.
And wow-wee, it's just a badge. Get over it.

There still the photo comp that you can win a badge from and Im still waiting on a badge from the zombie run.

I emailed and 0rca said I should get my badge next week, as she is making a list of all habbo's who haven't go theirs but should oh and my badge from the photo comp
