Well I appealed quite a few times because I got permed for basically doing nothing and its not on the habbo way for doing this. They thought I was scamming but I wasn't I actually was giving people free stuff to go on a certain site but anyways. They told me I must email them on 15 Nov or later, is this a good thing and do I have a chance of being unpermed because I never knew that they could perm me for this.

Yeah, usually when they say email them at a later date it means it shouldn't of really been a perm ban but they're to stubborn to go back on what happened . This means they're willing to give you a second chance, so yeah you've got a very good chance of getting unbanned - good luck.
