A thread was recently closed in the World News forums because the word '****' was used, this isn't racist because it's not filtered and second of all is 'Yank' racist to americans? no it isn't, the **** word is a shortend version of Pakistani. I really don't see why a good thread like that was closed, especially when people can give their views there.

Could we have it reopened?

The word itself isn't offensive but the amount of immature people on the forum mean it is often used in an offensive manner. Instead of going through the whole debate of whether or not it should be unfiltered, it'd probably be a better idea to ignore it and use the word "pakistani" if you ever find yourself in that situation.
