    Hey Kieran,

Whether you are given a trial or not doesn't depend on the clip. If you put a sentence for each question or section, you won't get it. We give trials to people who would be dedicated and want to put the effort in so someone who writes a paragraph or atleast more than one line on each bit will boost their chances amazingly. Obviously the clip does still affect your chances. Make sure your clip is 30 seconds long. Make sure your mic doesn't sound muffled or you aren't spitting at it. Make sure you act as if you were on air and say stuff that a DJ would. Those are the main points I can think of.

Good luck next time applications open!
    Danny.

Hmm, okay. Basically you didn't get a trial based on your clip. The amount of applications recieved to be a UK DJ is pretty big, especially last time they were gone through.

Your application was in no way bad but there were others that were better hence the reason they got trials.

Next time applications are open feel free to apply again but reiew your clip, make sure it shows your full potential, I don't remember your application specifically but notes are kept on apps and basically you went on too much. I think you may have rambled on.. I don't remember specifically but remember we can only judge you on those 30 seconds, you need to show that you could keep listeners entertained and you need to stand out, for good reasons obviously.

Good luck if you decide to apply again

Lol Thankz Danny Nd Jess It Just That When I Do A App If I Muck Up I Tend To Delete And Restart And If Your On Air You Can Exactly Say Opps Sorry I Never Ment To Say That Lemme Restart My Stream So A Dj Said You Should Just Make One Clip Nd Send That Because When They Look At The Clips The Person Reviewing Doesnt Like A Well Rehearsed On They Like A Clip That Sounds Like Your On Air And Yea In My Clip I Di Tend To Ramble On  Lol

But Yeah Thankz For The Tips and Danny If I Was Given The Trial For HxL I Wouldent Mind Spending Like 5-6 Hours Per Night On Air I Love HxL That Much Lol But Once Again Thankz For The Tips And I Will Persue My Dreams And Improved And Hopefully One Decade Become A HxL Trialist Lol
