    Default Help retrieving an account.

I have multiple accounts, but my first one is registered with a different email address to the others.
I hadn't used it in months because I rarely play habbo and it wasn't my main account. When I tried to access it recently I realised I had forgotten the password, but the same password was used for the old email account. This means that I can't get a new password sent to that email.. so I tried using the 'Forgotten your password?' thing. This didn't help as both options require you to be able to access your email.

A while ago when my friend retrived his account, he changed the email on it first, by using the Date of Birth on that account. So I went on the help tool on the main site. However, once you get to the screen where it asks for your DoB to change the email, I type in the correct one and it just forwards me to the origional client screen, with the 2 options which require me to know the email address linked to the account.

They must have changed the way the help tool works now that they have this new system on the client login screen.

Is there any way I can change the details of my account? Thanks in advance.

If you can, in some way, prove that it is your account, then there is a high chance of getting your account back.

The only ways I can think of are that you send an email stating the account name, the DOB used on the account, the email registered to the account and then explain your situation to them.
Also, if you can remember any of the friends you had on your list, it may help, but im not sure as they can be deleted etc.

Have you tried the "Forgotten your password" thing for your email?

Your best chance is to email 0rca directly, as you will have a better chance of getting emails back.

    Cheers
I've tried everything possible to get the password for my email account back, but no luck. It's a shame they've changed the system now.. I'll try emailing 0rca anyway. Thanks for your help.
