    Yeah like on the back of my leg, right near the top its like permanently aching, has been all of yesterday and today, any idea what it is?

    It seems to be in a weird position, i don't know where exactly but have you tried stretching? You may just have a tight muscle.

    Also you can try that heat cream stuff if it continues, i forget what it is called.

    Take a painkiller I had ear ache all day yesterday and today. Took a painkiller tonight and can't feel any pain at all

    I have done.. just wanted to know how to get rid of it properly as painkillers arent very good, i can still feel it.

    Try not to do excerise which applies excessive weight onto that part of your leg (IE - Jumping, hopping, running - walking should be fine).
    It should be a short-term thing, sounds like a muscle strain or something similar.
    You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....

    You've probably pulled a muscle. Try relaxing and avoid physical activity until it gets better, Then you will have Reversibility because you have not trained in such a long time. so you need to start of small when you get back to training/working.

    ive got this atm funnily enough just when its tight/pulled goes in a few days

    got mine from too many hours in bed (day off school ill) and playing football

    dont take medication not worth it like i said goes in few days its common anyways

    Could just be cramp, if the pain is pretty consistent.
