You can manage your shoutcast through shoutcast administration and cast-control. This makes you in total control of your shoutcast.

Ok well if you aren't willing to pay, I'm afraid I can't give you a free SHOUTcast as it isn't fair on other customers.

However, I reccommend you simply host the SHOUTcast on your PC if you only need it for a very little amount of time every so often, and don't need high quality. If you are sitting behind a router then you can visit shoutcast.com - download and install the software and be hosting a SHOUTcast on your PC. But, I do not recommend use of it over 32 KBPs or 10 listeners, especially with an internet connection under 8 MBPS. Datacentre dedicated server uplinks are usually around 100MBPS, sometimes higher. This is why people host SHOUTcasts on servers in return for money. It means you can host high quality servers.

Also, go on http://shoutcasts.tech-hosts.com and click plans. I reccommend you check them out. They might be cheaper than your current plan. And, limited time only, they come with an Auto DJ, absolutely FREE! You can upload your music onto the server to play in the Auto DJ.
