    Default grr need vb help, i am trying to help my m8

    Basically my friend has brought a vb and is on windows xp and has got a domain name and webserver

    Basically the problem is after installing xampp, do u need to install apache 2 and php 5 for it to work?
    After installing xampp it creates apache and php with folders and files but it how do u make it run :S or do u still need 2 install apache 2 and php 5?

    Any help here, my friend said that they probs can have a big role in the forum if u want!

    By webserver you mean he has a dedicated server ? Or webhosting. if it was a dedicated server and has Cpanel or summit already installed. then it apparently well it did for me automatically install Apache.

    get back to me on that i may be able to help
