The fifth film was utter crap compared to the others. The film was the shortest when the book is easily the longest in the series. Not enough intresting plots were added, and for the ones were it was good, the scenes lasted for two seconds, for example the death scene towards the end.

The fifth book is a turning point in the series, but this films shows nothing of it.

Hopefully the sixth film will be much better.

It's cause they got a new director or something for the fifth film. They obviously didn't really have any idea how to translate the book into the film.

I think there was too much information in the 5th book and it was hard to fit all that information in the film within 2hrs

I thought it was alright. Saw it at the cinema for free when it came out. I'll buy it on DVD at the weekend to improve on my collection.
