Prayer:

Regular Bones
Amount Needed: 2,896,541
Total Cost: 28,965,410 Gp

Big Bones
Amount Needed: 868,963
Total Cost: 347,585,200 Gp

Zogre Bones
Amount Needed: 579,309
Cost: 173,792,700 Gp

Baby Dragon Bones
Amount Needed: 434,482
Cost: 260,689,200 Gp

Dragon Bones
Amount Needed: 181,034
Cost: 271,551,000 Gp

Ourg Bones
Amount Needed: 93,104
Cost: 325,864,000 Gp

Runecrafting
If you do not wish to mine out the roughly 2,000,000 Rune Essence, then it will cost: 50,000,000 Gp.

Construction:
Construction will cost roughly:
90,000,000 Gp From 1 - 99.

Herblore:
It will cost around:
400,000,000 Gp To Go From 1 - 99 Herblore.

Smithing:
If you do not make your own bars, but buy them, it will cost you:
60,000,000 Gp

Cooking:
Cooking will cost 2,600,000 from 1 - 99.

Firemaking:
Firemaking Will Cost Roughly 2,000,000 if you use oak logs from level 15.

Crafting:
Crafting will cost roughly 200,000,000 from 1 - 99.

Fletching:
Fletching will cost 120,000,000 - 130,000,000 from level 1.

Farming:
Farming will cost around 400,000 Gp.
