How do i reset my password when my email is a @hotmail.com one, when i send a forgot password thing out i don't get a reply, and its not in my junk mail

I made exactly the same thread, earlier on in the night.

No one seems to know.

Hotmail does have a delay on it because of the amount of people using it at one time. But if I were you I would do these things because I never seem to have a problem with it. If this doesn't work then I haven't got a clue. lol. But Habbo don't advise people to use Hotmail as their registered e-mail address because it's unreliable.

1. Clear your Cache (Internet Cookies, History and Temporary Files).
2. Make sure your inbox has not reached its limit of e-mails.
3. Re-send the Password reset option.
4. Wait for the e-mail to come through.
5. Change your password to something you can remember.
6. Change your e-mail to something more reliable than Hotmail.

Maybe add [email protected] to your contacts and see if it works then?

I request a new password yesterday and it worked fine on my hotmail account :s.

hotmail has problems with habbo e-mails
and aol dont work either

i suggest making a new habbo with a different email that isnt aol/hotmail
use help tool then e-mail them about your other account
