i dont shop at primark to like/dislike it. but everytime ive gone in (others shopping) its always just too busy and cluttered for me. well that goes for the one in leicester, dunno for other ones.

The one in Blackpool is always packed with people.
Its one of the reasons I now hate shopping in the town centre.
