Last night while watching im a celeb, about half way through, i dunno if it was me or not but i had trouble breathing. But when i lied down and went to sleep i was okay. Then this morning woke up and had it again, but when i lyed down i was okay, But now when i get up im alright;....
I dunno if it's me or not...
I also feel slightly sick and got kinda of a blocked throat and nose.

It seems like a bad cold, I've had one for the past few weeks (plus an ear infection), go see your doctor and have it checked out, take some paracetamol or ibprofen etc. if it gets worse in the time in between.

Not good. I sometimes feel like that, but not very often any more. I have become a more active person though, participating in many sports, so maybe that might help?

Probably a bad cold, or flu, go see your GP. Wow, everyone is getting colds, i've had one for like a week.

sounds like cold/flu, if It gets any worse it could be a chest infection, so if it gets worse go to the doctors.

My mum has just gave me this medicane which is good for cold/flu symtoms, so hopefully it will come into action in a few hours..
EDIT: Btw it has got better
