Both values are above Habbox's guide and I think this is because with various account being unpermed and the owners regaining furniture they may have lost has caused a boost in casinos and therefore a bigger market for popular casino rares.

Same reason as the Dinos in where there has been a boost in want for casino rares.

I stuck to my price and after looking around for ages I finally found someone who bought it.
This just shows that there is always someone out there who wants a certain rare enough to pay the price you want.
I haven't seen many of these being traded as various casinos use them as doors.
