    Default Fortisip nutritional suppliment drinks

    On them atm with help for my weight gain for hockey. For a "suppliment drink", they sure are tasty!

    Anyone else had them before?

    I have Ensure Plus to help me with my weight.
    They're eugh.
    Are you having them full time or just as a suppliment?

    Bit of both, although I fogot to renew my subscription of them at christmas so now i'm lvinig on complan (eww!)
