Looking for a forum

I'm looking to start a forum up with somebody, doesn't have to be Habbo forums but must have a website, domain and host and I would have to have admin permissions etc but the way you choose to run the forum is the owners choice.

Basically, to cut it short, I'm willing to let anybody use my vBulletin files and license (no access to members area though, thats for me only).

i could be intrested in this.
