    Retros beware!
What time is it? It’s time to keep it 100% Habbo!
No horrors of synthetics for us! Who’d want the horror of a Hotel that shrinks in the wash and gives you static shocks every time you step on the Welcome Lounge carpet? No, no. It has to be 100% Habbo; like the finest cashmere, the smoothest silk, the coolest linen, only the real Habbo has the feel-good factor. Unlike those icky nylon Retros...
    What is a Retro?
Retro's are illegal sites which are owned and run by individuals, rather than registered companies (such as Sulake who created Habbo) usually these individual run the site for personal gain. Initial, you might think the worst thing about using one is that your friends are on the real Hotel. But there are many hidden dangers on Retro sites, including no data protection, potential account and computer safety issues and no one to turn to should you experience bullying, abuse or get scammed as a result of using a retro.
    Report a Retro
Help us rid the world of Retros. If you know of a Retro Hotel lurking out there, Report and we’ll get it removed.
There have been new releases and new starts for our few wayward players; now is the time to come together to celebrate what’s great about Habbo and keep it real!
All this week we’ll be encouraging you to get rid of the retros and fly the flag for Habbo!

I notice a distinct change in tone in the actual articles too, much like the old days of the "Habbohood happenings"

All they'd need to do is search retro, and there is loads of retro topsites that they could shut down, or whatever.

    1. Habbo need money to keep going. You don't get it, do you?
    2. Retros are ilegal because they breech Sulake's copyright.
    3. They might try and get details to hack Habbos.
