Regions affected: East of England, South West England & London and South East England

Warning type: Heavy Rain

Valid from: 3:00PM Monday 19th to 00:00AM Tuesday 20th

Showers, locally heavy this afternoon, are expected to merge into an area of moderate to heavy rain this evening, giving totals of 10 to 15mm in many places, locally 20 to 25mm. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the Environment Agency Floodline and Flood warnings in force, and to the Highways Agency for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads.
