    Default I've been mugged :(

Umm yeah, Saturday walking home, before i joined the road i was attacked on the motorbike kept goin up and down the road..

anyway, i joined the road i go on, this is the same route i use to go to college and back..

anyway, i walked up it and was 5 houses from my house, the motorbike stopped infront of me the guy demanded money and anything worth money:| i said i had none and he he raved his motorbike and rammed it into me, as he crashed into me i went crashing into a car parked in the drive.

Anyway, the guy went in my pocket and stole me phone and speaded off, luckily someone heard something and came out and found me on the floor so called the police who called the ambulance.

lucky it wont a bad injury and i was allowed home

the police found that the house i was attacked at records some1s house and they record theres, the police found today that its not been filming it so thats out the question.

A bike i described was found this morning and they did a fingerprint scan and nothign was found, the bike was reported stolen from the same area as i live in around 20minutes before and they recorded the theft taking palce, so im hoping they have the attacker on it (if its the same person and bike)

I had to block me number and gain my numbers back, I now use a different walking route to college, shops and to my mates (10mins longer)

does any1 know if i claim off my house insurance for the theft of my mobile or not?

and them drugs the docters give don't work oo the pain i had.

    still do, but easing.

    happened saturday night @ 9;30.

If the phone is over a certain amount it MAY do but im not sure, usually the Network will give you insurance on it as an optional extra

Lol, one of my mum's mates who lives in london (shes like 40 this lady) got mugged because she just took like £150 out a cash machine, he snatched her phone then she kicked him, he dropped his phone, she stamped on it and broke it then snatched her phone, swore at him and walked off after punching him in the stomach, i was like WOW POWERFULL 40 YR OLD!

well i doubt you can claim on home insurance as you werent in your house when it was stolen...

and if your mobile wasnt insured for theft/damage or w,e then theres not much you can do i dont think.

well we have house insurance, but i dont think my phone is covered on it. I pay o2 insurance every month for my phone incase it breaks, gets stolen etc. ring your insurance provider who I'm sure will be able to give you a definate answer.

hope they find the guy that mugged you.

If you have a clause on your home insurance for your phone, it'll be insured outside the house too.
