Is this a real email?

Ok my parent sent this email to habbo via the help tool

Dear Habbo Hotel

I am the parent of discountguy. I was informed by him [Discountguy] that he was in the newsie on the 13th of April 2005. I was also informed by him that he receives a prize for getting into the newsie, however he is still waiting for a prize. Can you please let me know when my son will be receiving his prize.

He then got this reply

If you prefer, please provide as many of the details held on your child's account so that we can verify ownership. These details include:

1. Habbo name and the email address used to register the account
2. Method by which Habbo Credits were puchased (if any)
3. Date of birth registered on the account

what im checking is is this email addy:mailman at sulake dot com a real adress because with all the scammers going around you cant be sure

How very strange Normally they have habbo ending to the e-mail
Hard to say if it is a scam you sent it via the Help Tool which is on the main site.
Ermm , Im sure i'll be ok as long as you dont put your password or accept any files linking with any e-mails
