Manipulation of the prices will always happen, so that peope can benefit from it..

Actually the Rare Values Department decide on the values as a team and it has to go through everyone before it gets put up.
RVRs Report then if there reports are correct we'll see the Trade Experts report rises aswell and then Head RVR's reports see the same rare going up and then Assistant RVM and RVMs will update it.
