Replacing In Browsers +REP

Hey would it be possible to get my code below to replace just to a simple media player application without the rest if the browser is not internet explorer, i have tried lots but i can't get it working.

basically just so it replaces the mp3 player with a normal wmp player so it works in firefox and netscape etc.
