    Ok well firstly, i don't eat enough, and secondly, the things i do eat are unhealthly...

    for exmaple in a day i might have a burgger and a packet of crisps... and recently i been blacking out alot and i think its to do with me not eating properally. My mum is worried that i might have an eating disorder but im like yer w/e sthu... as u do to parents lol

    the thing is i have lost arround 3.5 Stone since i cut down on my food and i have become very thin now ... but i still got some fat on my stomach and thts the part i wanted to loose the fat on


    any advice on how to get rid of the flab on this area of my body withou going skinny everywhere else? :S

    Your gonna have to eat more becasue becoming fitter


    When you done that, do sit ups.

    You need to do some more core excersices such as sit ups etc. and also you should try to do a long jog about 3+ times a week.

    Not eating doesn't make your body fit. It makes it weaker. And do as the others said, eat healthy and do some sit-ups. That will get rid on the fat on the stomach, and give you some abs ;P

    Not eating though can help you lose weight at first, as long as you don't go too far.

    YUeh do sit ups daily

    I find that bolded part interesting. I don't speak like that to my mom. If I did, I'd probably be slapped upside my head. Not once, not twice, maybe three times or more. & painfully.

    But back on topic, I think before doing that, try gaining back some weight. Then try losing it off your stomach by eating healthy, exercising, etc. You can't lose it off your stomach without the help of exercise.

    Just eat and enjoy food and learn to like your stomach. I have a large stomach compared to the rest of me but I just wear tops that make it look slimmer and don't worry about me, becasuse in my opinion the key to looking great is being happy with yourself rather than worrying about being perfect, because everybody has things they don't like about their bodies and other people probably don't see it until you point it out to them. Like,I was talking to my friends about this,and one, who I always thought had a perfect figure said she was self-consious about herself and so most of the time theres no reason to worry.

    I would say that if you want to look slimmer buy some really nice outfits that slim your stomach and think about all the good bits of your body that you do want to show off. For example, I have a big stomach so I avoid things that are really short tops but I like my legs so wear skirts a lot so people notice those rather than your stomach. Also avoid patterns onyour top half if you're self consious becasue although you almost certainly can get away with it if they make you feel fat then don't wear them.

    IF you really want to lose fat off your stomach then you could try sit ups and eat loads of fruit, veg and less fatty food, but thats really not much fun if you're a healthy weight and its far better to enjoy food and learn to like yourself (I had to and after a while I found that it actually, no mattter how silly you feel by ignoring your bad parts and focusing on your good bits for a while) Posture also makes a difference. I fyou stand up straight you instantky have a slimer stomach. But my main thing I'm going to say is don't worry about it becasue everyone worries about their body at times, and the parts that you find are your worst other people probably don't even notice

    Just out of curiosity, if you are happy with the way you are, why do you buy tops that make you look slimmer?
