Ok well firstly, i don't eat enough, and secondly, the things i do eat are unhealthly...
for exmaple in a day i might have a burgger and a packet of crisps... and recently i been blacking out alot and i think its to do with me not eating properally. My mum is worried that i might have an eating disorder but im like yer w/e sthu... as u do to parents lol
the thing is i have lost arround 3.5 Stone since i cut down on my food and i have become very thin now ... but i still got some fat on my stomach and thts the part i wanted to loose the fat on
any advice on how to get rid of the flab on this area of my body withou going skinny everywhere else? :S
