    Lol, I can never do this.

    I just want one row of that background at the top, and the ability to pop a logo in the middle or w.e.

    Like what jc-labs has/used to have

    background: #FFFFFF url(URLHERE) top repeat-x;
    Change url here to the image url you want, and change #FFFFF to the colour you want.
    You can also adjust the heigh and with by adding
    Code:
    width: 000px;
    
    OR
    
    height: 000px;
    Replace 000 wit the height and width of your background image
