Tachy Goes to Coventry

Does anyone know what Tachy Goes to Coventry is?

I've seen it referenced around vBulletin alot - but i'm not sure :p.

I'm definitely not certain, but I THINK it's basically an area in the vBulletin Options where you can specify users that will have their posts ignored by all users on the board. They can still post, and they will see their posts, but nobody else will. That's my understanding, anyway.

I live in coventry or chaventry and actor calls it,Its in vB options isnt it?
I also dont realy understand it

I've figured it out (after lots of research):

Tachy - a test username used on all vBulletin boards before they are released. The name was invented by Kier (a vBulletin software designer).

"goes to Coventry" - if someone is "sent to Coventry" then they are shunned by their fellow citizens and friends.

Meaning that "Tachy goes to Convetry" is a feature that, whenever they post, they can see it, but no-one else can (like Beau said), so really, it's a way to let users think their posts are still valued, but when no-one actually cares.
