[[Danube]] 2nd Rare Value Report

Thanks for all the tips from my last report I'm going to take them into account on this report.

And The First Rare Is:

The Throne Sofa

2CS = 6 Times
1.7CS = 2 Times
1.5CS = 3 Times

The Throne Sofa i think needs to be brought up to 2CS many people will pay 2CS when they are buying one of two but when they are buying bulk the price drops to 1.5CS which is like any other rare when it is bought in bulk. So i can see a rise in the throne sofa.

The Second Rare Is:

The Gold Amber

7CS = 4 Times
6CS = 3 Times
5.5CS = 2 Times

After the release of the Gold Amber this week the price has not yet settled. I think people are trading at 6CS because that is what it says on habbo but many other people are selling for 7CS (I saw one go for 9CS but i fort that was just a one off so i didn't include).
So i think the gold amber lamp should be brought up to around 6.5CS.

The Thrid Rare Is:

The Lapland Greetings

2CS = 4 Times
1.5CS = 4 Times
1CS = 2 Times

I put The Lapland Greetings in my last report but i am still unsure about it. People are willing to pay 2CS for them but many people will sell off for 1.5CS. I don't think this rare will go down before chritmas but i think it has about a 60% chance or rising. But i am still unsure.

Rite thats the end of the second rare value report. Anything that i can improve on please tell me.

Thanks for the report, it's very good. If you want it to improve then try and report on more then three rares. Although three is the minimum doing more then the minimum always impresses. Good values as well, well done! :8

There isn't any improvements you need to do, but as Immenseman has said, if you do more than the minimum of three it always impresses everyone!

But overall, a good report, you have everything we could ask for, the colour, pictures and comments.

Great report.
I agree with the comment on the Gold Amber's varied prices. I believe that it may be scheduled for a rise soon because it was only in the catalogue for a short period of time compared to the normal.
More than three rares would improve the report but I think that this is a job well done.
