    www.whoisonline.com used to do a cutenews. Check it out...

    the way is simple, find one which supports php (http://www.hostultra.com) i host it for you, and you just include it

    you dont need to worry about mySQL

    Well all news systems, other than just updating the html yourself, will need a server side landgwage. so you may as well just find one with php and go for cutenews.

    also the site is http://www.whois-online.net/ for the remotly hosted cutenews, athogh due to band width reasons (so they say) they no longer do that servise "/
