Basica HTML problem :s

Basically, i just coded a layout using the slicingguide.com tutorial, its working brilliantly, with the help of javascript making the main content iframe expand, as i dont know any other way of making it expand :S anyway, thats not the main problem, i have used an iframe for the navigation and i have the page nav.html as the src. I have made sure the links in the nav have target="main" in the link, to get them to display into the main content iframe. But whenever i click them, it loads the page into a blank window.. its really bugging me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you remembered to name the main iframe?
