Default am i the only one..

that has recurring problems with there knees.

well like, whenever i sit on them - sometimes i try and get up and my bone pops out of place, and it hurts like hell. so i have to sort of rearrange my knee so it pops back into place - or i can bite the bullet and just crack it.

anyways, my mum has had it aswell but i dno, so does this happen to anyone else lol.

If your mum has it too then it might be in your genes to be affected by this.

    Sit in your chair properly!

My friend has the same problem when he sits down for ages and then gets up, but then it goes away for around five - ten minutes, The same with me when i think about it. Maybe their was a problem in your childhood/growing up years where you fell and hurt yourself and did something around the bone/kneecap area (I say that because my dad had a problem with his foot but didnt know it was caused during childhood.)

It's not just when I sit on my chair / knees though, even when my knees are bent it still can happen.
