Okay last month my parents recieved a bill for me downloading over the limit, we were on a 2.2Mbps contract and now we've upgraded to 7.6Mbps over this.

I'm downloading at 110Kb/ps on uTorrent atm, Is that over the limit?
I have no clue, Im just worried incase I get another extra bill!

Hollister no, You pay when you go over the limit, you probably have never downloaded over your limit.
I was billed because I downloaded like 50GB in a month.

Last question, did you get a BT home hub with a wireless phone?

I have a BT Voyager 105
But we applied for a 7.6Mbps package w/ router.
Routers on it's way!

I'm asking my dad can we switch to unlimited for an extra £10 per month.

If you regularly exceed this download allowance, you can still continue to use your broadband, but we may contact you to discuss an upgrade to Option 3.

Thats k, If I exceed download limit I dont get sued *phew*, they'll just charge me an extra 13 quid and then they'll discuss upgrading :eusa_danc

What if I download more than my usage allowance?

If you exceed your allowance, you can still continue to use your broadband and continue downloading content.
If you exceed you download allowance on Option 1 or 2 for two consecutive months, we will charge you 30p per excess GB starting on the second month. If you regularly exceed your download allowance, we may contact you to discuss an upgrade to a more suitable Option.
